Northside

North Jacksonville is one of the largest sections of Jacksonville and is the first area of town that travelers from I-95 south are introduced to. It flows through Jacksonville and is north of the St. Johns River ending at the downtown area of Jacksonville close to where the I-95 and I-10 merger take place. Properties found in this area would be a mix of condos, apartments and homes but properties managed through Rental Partners are primarily single family residential homes on the Northside of Jacksonville, Florida. The newest development to hit the Northside area is the River City Market Place. It consists of outdoor shopping with an open air feel full of many of the top chain stores. Together with the multitude of restaurants and its close proximity to the airport, the River City Marketplace has become a social mecca for the residents and tourists in the Northside of town.
