Rental Partners Expands into the Multi Family Residential Arena

It’s been a long time coming, but the past 7 years of residential property management has helped Rental Partners’ gain the knowledge needed to enter into the multi family Onsite Residential market. With over a dozen 30+ unit complexes being currently managed by Rental Partners, adding a larger one with onsite staffing (management and maintenance) was just a natural progression. Not only is the new addition doing well, but vacancies are down, leases are up and the investors are ready to add a few more now that they have a strong management connection with Rental Partners.
