As a Jacksonville native, and a real estate professional, Michelle most definitely recognizes the value and trust her clients place with her and she strives everyday to exceed their expectations. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Katie graduated from Bob Jones University in South Carolina with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Interior Design. After graduation, Katie returned to Jacksonville to pursue her career in Interior Design and Real Estate. Her expertise in remodeling and drafting homes has gained her many clients and has given her key insight into the real estate business. Katie specializes in all facets of the Real Estate business whether it be guiding the way for first time home buyers or working with investors on finding that perfect distressed property. Jennifer Lynch, Realtor for CenterBeam Real Estate combines her love of the area (Jacksonville Native, born and raised!) and the industry, with her passion for helping others. Prior to joining CenterBeam in early 2019, she built her skillset in the insurance industry, with a focus on Sales and Marketing. After high school, Jennifer attended College locally at FSCJ before getting into the insurance industry. She has 3 children between school age through college and she has spent time living and working in the communities around St. Johns, St. Augustine, as well as the Riverside area of Jacksonville and her new place to call home in the Jacksonville Beaches area. Jennifer enjoys watching her kids play sports, going to the beach, and finding new restaurants with her family, and of course Real Estate

A native Floridian, Ashley grew up in Palm Bay, Florida and has since traveled the country and throughout Europe. As a Jacksonville native and seasoned professional Real Estate agent, Frank recognizes and value the trust his clients have in him. Regardless if he is showing a rental or helping a client find their dream home, Frank wants his clients to know that he is there with them every step of the way. Prior to real estate, Frank worked on the railroad for 10 years and as a corrections officer. While these jobs are definitely different than the real estate industry, each experience has taught him to be flexible yet disciplined. Outside of real estate, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.
