Born and raised in Jacksonville, Katie graduated from Bob Jones University in South Carolina with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Interior Design. After graduation, Katie returned to Jacksonville to pursue her career in Interior Design and Real Estate. Her expertise in remodeling and drafting homes has gained her many clients and has given her key insight into the real estate business. Tammy’s earliest childhood memories include loud power tools and the smell of saw dust as her father rehabilitated homes. Her interest in real estate was piqued ever since. Tammy graduated from the University of Maryland University College, where she earned a degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources. Her education helped her run two small businesses and collaborate with a nonprofit organization, close to her heart. In 2011, she became a licensed realtor in the state of Maryland. While working primarily with investors dedicated to fixing and flipping, her ability to think outside the box grew exponentially. Tammy moved to north Florida in 2013 and happily calls St. Johns County her home. In 2017, she became a licensed realtor in the state of Florida. Tammy’s experience in the field has taught her the importance of being a great listener, remaining diligent and exuding compassion, all while implementing the art of negotiation. For her, there is nothing better than seeing the joy on a client’s face come closing day! When Tammy married her husband, she officially became a “Bond” and has been known as 007 ever since!
