The construction company quickly grew to become one of Jacksonville’s prominent go-to Fl contractors for historic renovations and design. It has since then been nominated for several local building awards, has received national attention and has consistently received 5 star customer reviews for 12 years straight. Fast Forward To Today and we have blossomed into the well known CenterBeam Real Estate. With being so customer-centric, there is no wonder why the real estate side has grown from being a tenant placement provider, to expanding into property management, to helping with investment portfolios and ultimately into a full service real estate firm offering all services together for our clients.

To do this, we use a team approach. We have separate agents that work in sales and separate agents solely working to place tenants. And all are professionally licensed. Robert Baker
Chief Executive Officer
Robert started his career as a residential property manager over 30 years ago right here in Jacksonville. He ran the property management department for a real estate firm that handled over 300 residential properties. Since that time, he has been acquiring his own investment property and managing it through CenterBeam Real Estate. He is also a CPA with over 15 years of experience in advertising, and is one of the co-founders of CenterBeam Construction. Robert brings a unique team driven approach to real estate which has allowed the company to grow in a fast forward direction. His clear goals, mild mannered personality paired with his high level of integrity have helped the company enjoy steadfast growth and look to the future with optimism.

Christina Starmer
Licensed Real Estate Broker and Chief Marketing Officer

Christina is a Licensed Florida Broker and a State Licensed Building Contractor. She has an extensive property investment background and has owned, managed, and assisted others with property management and tenant placement services for over 15 years. She handles the day to day tenant/landlord relations and is at the forefront of all communications. She has many single family, duplexes, and apartments of her own which helps her to offer the unique insight of what both a landlord and a tenant is expecting. Her contracting knowledge in the building industry helps our clients in a great way when it comes to maintaining their homes.

Bill Dannheim
Chief Operating Officer
Serving as the Chief Operating Officer for the CenterBeam Companies, Bill works closely with his partners and the CenterBeam Team focusing on the operational details, budgets and major project initiatives across four of the primary lines of business. In 2016, Bill joined the CenterBeam Team entering into a rapidly evolving business environment. Bill’s focus has been on understanding the operational and financial drivers of the business and where the opportunity lies to expand the offerings and grow the company with a client-centered approach. Bill has more than 25 years’ executive experience in operations having initiated and managed successful businesses in real estate, technology, financial services and healthcare. As a Business Unit General Manager for a Black Knight Financial, Bill managed 250 employees, oversaw production operations that fulfilled more than 50,000 transactions per month generating $100M in annual revenue in real estate market analytics and collateral valuation tools for the residential real estate market. Bill’s experience in Real Estate, Finance and his desire to create operational excellence makes him uniquely qualified to manage operations for the CenterBeam Companies.

Tom Quinn
Accounting Manager
Tom, a native of Jacksonville, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Jacksonville University in 1995 graduating Magna Cum Laude. His accounting resume’ is well diverse including fields in healthcare, engineering and legal and comes to CenterBeam Real Estate to bring his skills and experiences to Property Management. Tom resides in St. Johns County with his wife Wanda and enjoys spending time with his family as well as being actively involved in his church.

Amanda Powell
Director of Property Manager
Amanda joined the CenterBeam Real Estate team in March of 2015, bringing with her 16 years of property management experience. Having managed properties primarily in the Jacksonville area, she understands the nuanced differences of the various neighborhoods throughout the city. This has given her valuable insight to the needs of both owners and tenants. She coordinates all daily operations for the in-house maintenance department. In the fall of 2020 Amanda became an official notary and was promoted to Director of Management. In this director role, she maintains a constructive and highly interactive relationship with the property management team. She is invested in the fundamental innerworkings of CenterBeam’s highly productive leasing/sales departments and is a proponent of the teamwork mentality necessary to maximize portfolio value. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, Jaguar’s football, and spending time with her family and friends. As a true Jacksonville native does, Amanda enjoys supporting local businesses, venues, and restaurants.

Jeff Lendvay
Property Manager and Quality Assurance Supervisor
Jeff has over 12 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, and systems management. Before joining CenterBeam Real Estate in 2014, Jeff was employed as a Quality Assurance Manager at Bulova Tech Ordnance, a contractor for the Department of Defense. Jeff is a certified Design for Six Sigma Greenbelt and he holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Florida. He brings a wealth of experience from a broad range of industries and is eager to help CenterBeam Real Estate grow and continually improve to ensure that CB homeowners and tenants continue to receive the highest standard of service and satisfaction. In his spare time, Jeff is a Jaguars season ticket holder and enjoys watching and playing all sports, as well as hitting up local restaurants throughout Jacksonville for trivia nights.

Majid Barbooti
Maintenance Supervisor
Majid “Magic” Barbooti was hired by CenterBeam Real Estate as the maintenance technician for River City Place in April 2016. Prior to CenterBeam Real Estate, Majid worked for Avesta Communities as a technician. Aside from his skills in general maintenance, he is also CPO certified for pool maintenance and upkeep. Majid attended the Florida State College of Jacksonville, and in his spare time he enjoys inventing and tinkering with mechanical devices and equipment.

Katie Shoda
Broker Associate/Sales Manager

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Katie graduated from Bob Jones University in South Carolina with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Interior Design. After graduation, Katie returned to Jacksonville to pursue her career in Interior Design and Real Estate. Her expertise in remodeling and drafting homes has gained her many clients and has given her key insight into the real estate business. Katie specializes in all facets of the Real Estate business whether it be guiding the way for first time home buyers or working with investors on finding that perfect distressed property. In her spare time Katie is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys running, cooking, trade fairs, and showing clients the best Jacksonville has to offer!

Logan Wood

Logan is a Jacksonville native, who graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts, majoring in Advertising Design with a Minor concentration in Photography. After graduation, Logan pursued a profession in the landscape nursery industry, honing her skills in digital landscape design, customer service and retail management. She joined Centerbeam in June of 2020, bringing with her over a decade’s worth of experience in business development, branding, customer relations and sales. With Ortega, Avondale and Riverside as her stomping grounds growing up, Logan was raised to appreciate the uniqueness and value of historical homes. Her goal is to strengthen her knowledge of property valuation and cultivate her potential in North Florida’s real estate market. You can typically find her observing life through the lens of a camera, as she enjoys lifestyle and landscape photography. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, visiting gardens, taking walks with her family, and finding local hidden gems to explore!

Amber Suttle
Assistant Property Manager
Amber is a Jacksonville native, who joined the CenterBeam team in March of 2021, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge from the hospitality and property management industries. While working for over a decade in both fields combined, she has obtained her CAM and Notary licenses. Amber previously worked as the assistant to the association director of a large, local condo association. She is proud of the experience she gained working on large rehabilitation projects where she assisted with receiving construction bids and helped to improve and preserve the community’s infrastructure. Having worked in the world of HOA’s, liens and collections, Amber brings a wisdom to her position that was gained through an immersive experience in her chosen profession. It might sound like she embodies the phrase “all work and no play” but think again…she planned many community parties and fun events with her previous employer. In her free time, she enjoys cookouts with her family, spending quality time with her daughter and living her best life with her husband, Jeff.

Tammy Bond
Licensed Sales Associate / REALTOR®
Tammy’s earliest childhood memories include loud power tools and the smell of saw dust as her father rehabilitated homes. Her interest in real estate was piqued ever since. Tammy graduated from the University of Maryland University College, where she earned a degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources. Her education helped her run two small businesses and collaborate with a nonprofit organization, close to her heart. In 2011, she became a licensed realtor in the state of Maryland. While working primarily with investors dedicated to fixing and flipping, her ability to think outside the box grew exponentially. Tammy moved to north Florida in 2013 and happily calls St. Johns County her home. In 2017, she became a licensed realtor in the state of Florida. Tammy’s experience in the field has taught her the importance of being a great listener, remaining diligent and exuding compassion, all while implementing the art of negotiation. For her, there is nothing better than seeing the joy on a client’s face come closing day! When Tammy married her husband, she officially became a “Bond” and has been known as 007 ever since! Together they have two beautiful and talented children. In her down time, you can find Tammy taking walks, volunteering at church or spending quality time with family and friends.
Matthew Stewart
