Fast Forward To Today and we have blossomed into the well known CenterBeam Real Estate. With being so customer-centric, there is no wonder why the real estate side has grown from being a tenant placement provider, to expanding into property management, to helping with investment portfolios and ultimately into a full service real estate firm offering all services together for our clients.

Chief Executive Officer
Robert started his career as a residential property manager over 30 years ago right here in Jacksonville. He ran the property management department for a real estate firm that handled over 300 residential properties. Since that time, he has been acquiring his own investment property and managing it through CenterBeam Real Estate. He is also a CPA with over 15 years of experience in advertising, and is one of the co-founders of CenterBeam Construction. Robert brings a unique team driven approach to real estate which has allowed the company to grow in a fast forward direction. His clear goals, mild mannered personality paired with his high level of integrity have helped the company enjoy steadfast growth and look to the future with optimism.
Christina is a Licensed Florida Broker and a State Licensed Building Contractor. She has an extensive property investment background and has owned, managed, and assisted others with property management and tenant placement services for over 15 years. She handles the day to day tenant/landlord relations and is at the forefront of all communications. She has many single family, duplexes, and apartments of her own which helps her to offer the unique insight of what both a landlord and a tenant is expecting. Her contracting knowledge in the building industry helps our clients in a great way when it comes to maintaining their homes.
Chief Operating Officer
Serving as the Chief Operating Officer for the CenterBeam Companies, Bill works closely with his partners and the CenterBeam Team focusing on the operational details, budgets and major project initiatives across four of the primary lines of business. In 2016, Bill joined the CenterBeam Team entering into a rapidly evolving business environment. Bill’s focus has been on understanding the operational and financial drivers of the business and where the opportunity lies to expand the offerings and grow the company with a client-centered approach. Bill has more than 25 years’ executive experience in operations having initiated and managed successful businesses in real estate, technology, financial services and healthcare. As a Business Unit General Manager for a Black Knight Financial, Bill managed 250 employees, oversaw production operations that fulfilled more than 50,000 transactions per month generating $100M in annual revenue in real estate market analytics and collateral valuation tools for the residential real estate market. Bill’s experience in Real Estate, Finance and his desire to create operational excellence makes him uniquely qualified to manage operations for the CenterBeam Companies.
Tom, a native of Jacksonville, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Jacksonville University in 1995 graduating Magna Cum Laude. His accounting resume’ is well diverse including fields in healthcare, engineering and legal and comes to CenterBeam Real Estate to bring his skills and experiences to Property Management. Tom resides in St. Johns County with his wife Wanda and enjoys spending time with his family as well as being actively involved in his church.
Residential Property Manager
Amanda joined the CenterBeam Real Estate team in March of 2015. She brings 13 years of property management experience with her, all in the Jacksonville area. She is a native of Jacksonville and understands the nuanced differences of the various neighborhoods throughout the city, giving her valuable insight to the needs of both owners and tenants. Amanda is a lifelong Jaguar fan and season ticket holder and enjoys the Riverside nightlife with her family and friends.
Property Manager and Quality Assurance Supervisor
Jeff has over 12 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, and systems management. Before joining CenterBeam Real Estate in 2014, Jeff was employed as a Quality Assurance Manager at Bulova Tech Ordnance, a contractor for the Department of Defense. Jeff is a certified Design for Six Sigma Greenbelt and he holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Florida. He brings a wealth of experience from a broad range of industries and is eager to help CenterBeam Real Estate grow and continually improve to ensure that CB homeowners and tenants continue to receive the highest standard of service and satisfaction. In his spare time, Jeff is a Jaguars season ticket holder and enjoys watching and playing all sports, as well as hitting up local restaurants throughout Jacksonville for trivia nights.
Multi Family Property Manager
Janet Lawrence is originally from Chicago, IL. She has lived in the Jacksonville, FL area for the last 25 years where she has planted her roots. Janet is an animal lover and has two shelter rescue dogs. She enjoys cooking, crafting, going to the beach with her family, visiting historic towns and has recently started to play the bass guitar. She is very energetic and optimistic. Janet had an eight-year career in early education and taught Pre-K but after being diagnosed with cancer had to change careers. Once she successfully conquered cancer she started in the Property Management field where she has been for the last 18 years. She loves to take the experience she has gained and shares it to help others within the industry. Janet loves to build a rapport with the residents of the community and makes them comfortable in their homes.

Michelle has lived in Jacksonville for most of her life…making her an expert on local real estate and activities. She loves how Jacksonville, Florida has changed over the past 20 years and simply seems to keep getting better, which is why she feels so fortunate for being a part it’s real estate scene. Michelle received her real estate license about 8 years ago with the intention to go into sales when the market crashed. She was fortunate enough to land a job in property management during the recession and has been in the industry ever since. Michelle is aware of her strengths which is why she is great at filling clients needs whether they are to rent, buy, or sell. When she is not working, she loves camping, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding, and pretty much anything else that involves the great outdoors. She is grateful how her life has turned out and thankful to live at the beach with her boyfriend Tom and their two dogs, Wynton & Rip.
After working for many years as a real estate professional in the Jax area, Jennifer is excited to be working for a company like CenterBeam Realty. She has lived on and off in the area for over 15 years and graduated from UNF in 2005. After receiving her masters at Fl State, Jennifer and her husband moved to the Atlanta area where she worked in Marketing and Sales for almost 4 years. After having her beautiful daughter, they decided to move closer to home and she began her career in real estate. Since starting this endeavor, Jennifer has been a multi-million dollar producer every year. Helping buyers and sellers across the city has been the most rewarding experience. She wants to keep a great relationship with her customers even after the sale & Jennifer is there every step of the transaction process. Jennifer maintains her professionalism by keeping up with her education and pushing herself to know as much as she can about her field and market. She received her brokers license and became a broker associate in 2018.
Born and raised in Jacksonville, Katie graduated from Bob Jones University in South Carolina with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Interior Design. After graduation, Katie returned to Jacksonville to pursue her career in Interior Design and Real Estate. Her expertise in remodeling and drafting homes has gained her many clients and has given her key insight into the real estate business. Katie specializes in all facets of the Real Estate business whether it be guiding the way for first time home buyers or working with investors on finding that perfect distressed property. In her spare time Katie is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys running, cooking, trade fairs, and showing clients the best Jacksonville has to offer!
Majid “Magic” Barbooti was hired by CenterBeam Real Estate as the maintenance technician for River City Place in April 2016. Prior to CenterBeam Real Estate, Majid worked for Avesta Communities as a technician. Aside from his skills in general maintenance, he is also CPO certified for pool maintenance and upkeep. Majid attended the Florida State College of Jacksonville, and in his spare time he enjoys inventing and tinkering with mechanical devices and equipment.

Licensed real estate professional Kylie began her career with CenterBeam Real Estate in early 2015. Kylie was born and raised in Jacksonville, but journeyed to Oxford, Mississippi to study at Ole Miss. After receiving her degree in English, Kylie moved across the globe, spending time in Taiwan, Nepal, and Tanzania while teaching English and Outdoor Education. Upon returning to her hometown, Kylie decided she wanted to study real estate and pursue a career in which she could interact with the local community and help people find homes in Jacksonville. With her diverse experience and professionalism, Kylie has quickly become an effective member of the leasing team. Kylie is an outdoor enthusiast, trained survivalist, and enjoys climbing, hiking, and exploring the outdoor art festivals and cafes here in the Jacksonville area.
Julia is a native of Brazil and moved to Jacksonville about 8 years ago. She joined the CenterBeam team in February 2018 and is currently working as an assistant marketing executive for the CenterBeam Companies. Julia’s role is to manage all aspects of marketing, including attracting visitors, managing social platforms, building educational programs, organic growth and creating an interactive online presence. She graduated from UNF with honors, where she received a BA in Marketing and International Business. After an extensive trip studying abroad, she came back to Jax and graduated with honors with a master’s degree in Business Administration with concentration in Marketing. Her greatest strengths are her determination, creativity, energy, organizational skills and leadership. When she is not working, she loves watching TV shows and trying different restaurants with her husband and friends. We are lucky to have Julia as the newest asset of this growing team.
Assistant Property Manager
We are excited add Zorana as part of our team. She is originally from Serbia and moved to the United States when she was 5 years old. She graduated from the University of North Florida on August 8 2018 with a Bachelors of Science in Biology; biomedical sciences. A few of her side interests are cooking, trying new foods, music, puzzles and travel. She recently went on a back-packing trip through Europe trip with family and friends where she visited 8 countries over the span of 2 months. Once she returned to the states, she became one of our newest team members. We are excited as she brings her many assets along with her including organizational skills, punctuality, hard working ethics and a friendly personality. All qualities that embody each of our team members.
