Arlington

Ortega was recently named the 46th wealthiest neighborhood in the U.S. by Worth magazine and is home to the Florida Yacht Club, the oldest yacht club in the state.
Ponte Vedra

Ponte Vedra Beach is a short drive up A1A and a place that has been deemed synonymous with gorgeous beaches and great golfing. The highest sand dunes in Florida, reaching upwards to 40’ are found in Ponte Vedra Beach.
San Marco / St. Nicholas

Look no further for historic charm than San Marco. Plopped right outside of the Downtown district and rolling along the St. Johns River, you can have both worlds at your fingertips.
Westside

Like the Northside of Jacksonville, Westside is one of the traditional large sections of Jacksonville, Florida. The Westside area encompasses primarily the zip codes of: 32210, 32212, 32221, 32222, 32234 and 32244.
