Arlington is one of the large sections of Duval County. Arlington was one of the first areas in the United States visited by Europeans; it was the site of the French Fort Caroline in 1564-1565, now represented by the Fort Caroline National Memorial.

Avondale / Riverside


Avondale/Riverside is the only designated historic district in the Jacksonville, FL area and runs along the St. Johns River just minutes from downtown. This historic district was named one of the year’s 10 great neighborhoods by The American Planning Association.

Drive south along Roosevelt Blvd., parallel to Riverside/Avondale area, and you will eventually run into another beautiful community running alongside the St. Johns River as well. Ortega was recently named the 46th wealthiest neighborhood in the U.S. by Worth magazine and is home to the Florida Yacht Club, the oldest yacht club in the state.

Ponte Vedra


Ponte Vedra Beach is a short drive up A1A and a place that has been deemed synonymous with gorgeous beaches and great golfing. The highest sand dunes in Florida, reaching upwards to 40’ are found in Ponte Vedra Beach.

San Marco / St. Nicholas


Look no further for historic charm than San Marco. Plopped right outside of the Downtown district and rolling along the St. Johns River, you can have both worlds at your fingertips.



Like the Northside of Jacksonville, Westside is one of the traditional large sections of Jacksonville, Florida. The Westside area encompasses primarily the zip codes of: 32210, 32212, 32221, 32222, 32234 and 32244.



The Southside neighborhood in Jacksonville is a large and mostly newer population center in Jacksonville. Encompassing the area between Arlington and Mandarin and stretching out to the Intercoastal, Southside is an area of growing population density.
