Ponte Vedra Beach is a short drive up A1A and a place that has been deemed synonymous with gorgeous beaches and great golfing. The highest sand dunes in Florida, reaching upwards to 40’ are found in Ponte Vedra Beach.

Located 18 miles southeast of downtown Jacksonville and 26 miles north of St. Augustine, it is part of the Jacksonville Beaches area. Jacksonville Beach is at its northern border, the Intracoastal Waterway is to its west, and the Atlantic Ocean is to its east. The PGA Tour and the Players Championship is also a notorious reason for visiting Ponte Vedra as well.

Take in a concert at the Ponte Vedra Beach Concert Hall. Relax at Bird Island Park, a 4.2 mile park Bird designed to represent north Florida’s ecosystem. Take your doggie to Paws Dog Park where they can run and play unleashed.
