We offer 12-month lease terms for all of our corporate rentals. If you have another need for shorter-term housing, please contact our office and we’d be happy to try and work with you.
Included in your monthly rent is a monthly cleaning fee, utilities, all furnishings, basic cable, high-speed internet and parking.
Yes, there is an application. Even if your employer will be paying the lease, the tenant occupying the residence will need to fill out an application. Separate paperwork will be given to your employer in the cases when they are handling the rent payment.
Fully furnished, one-bedroom, all-inclusive rentals begin as low as $79 per night. As compared to local hotel prices that run around $199-399 per night. Our monthly fee includes all utilities, basic cable, high-speed internet, a monthly cleaning and all of your household necessities.
Yes, the rentals come fully furnished, complete with a full-sized and stocked kitchen, an assortment of housewares and living essentials, linens and Smart TV.
At this time, no. All of our corporate rentals come fully furnished with all amenities included. If you are looking for a long-term, unfurnished rental, please check out our other available properties here.
Yes, high-speed internet and basic cable are included in your corporate rental. Please contact a leasing agent for specific questions on the speed and information on the service provider.
Yes, our all-inclusive properties come with a washer and dryer inside of the apartment for your convenience. This saves you around $100 in laundry services at a hotel or a similar value at coin-operated laundry mats and dry-cleaners.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in our corporate rentals at this time.
Yes, our corporate rentals include a working desk with a lamp, desk chair and high-speed internet for your convenience.
